In it, we go over the basic question of “What is CRM?” We then review the features and aspects of Tour de Force CRM that differentiate it from other CRM solutions.  Next, we review the architecture of the system.  Finally, we conduct an introductory product demonstration of the Tour de Force CRM software.

The CRM Demo for Sales examines the value that Tour de Force CRM delivers specifically for sales people. In this video, we review the Sales Force Automation component of Tour de Force CRM, and explain how that applies to a sales person. We then conduct a product demonstration in order to show the benefits of Tour de Force CRM for sales, including Outlook Integration, and a thorough review of the Managers Console with Accounts, Contacts, Task, Appointments, Activities, Emails, Opportunities, Expenses, and Sales Analytics.

The CRM Demo for Marketing explains the many benefits of Tour de Force CRM for an organization’s Marketing Department. In this video, we cover two common Marketing Scenarios, and show how Tour de Force CRM can be used in those scenarios. In the first scenario, we review the Event Manager, which can be used to manage events that you attend and/or host.  In the second scenario, we review the Mailer and the Gap Analysis capabilities of Tour de Force CRM, which can be used to create targeted email and direct mail campaigns.
