At Tour de Force CRM, we strongly believe that adequate and ongoing training, consulting, and support will ensure a well implemented system and a well-trained staff that can and will use Tour de Force CRM efficiently and effectively.

During the life cycle of Tour de Force CRM at your organization, from implementation to everyday use, the Tour de Force CRM Professional Services Team is available to provide CRM Training, CRM Consulting, and CRM Support.

Implementation

  • CRM Training Services
    • Tour de Force CRM implementations include product training for the Client Project Team, Admin Console training for the Tour de Force CRM Administrator, a “What’s in it for me?” presentation for the sales team, and Go Live Training for all employees who will be using the system. We recommend separate Go Live Training sessions for external and internal sales teams, as external sales team members typically access Tour de Force CRM through different working environments than their internal counterparts.
  • CRM Consulting Services
    • Since every client uses Tour de Force CRM differently, our consultants will work with your organization closely throughout the critical phases of the implementation process to ensure that Tour de Force CRM meets your business objectives. All consulting and coaching services contain the necessary levels of personalization and configuration to help you achieve your business and sales process goals.
  •  CRM Support
    • During the implementation process, a Client has access to multiple Tour de Force CRM consultants who will provide product support as-needed.

Post-Implementation

  • CRM Training Services
    • Tour de Force CRM clients who achieve and maintain the highest level of success with their implementation are the clients that execute a continuing education plan after their initial implementation is complete.  Scheduling monthly or quarterly web training sessions with users is very convenient and cost effective.
    • The Tour de Force CRM Professional Services Team is dedicated to providing high quality training to ensure that all of the capabilities of Tour de Force CRM are being utilized. We offer a variety of training methods that include on-site training at your location, training at our corporate office in Findlay, OH, and web based training using web conferencing.
  • CRM Consulting Services
    • Tour de Force CRM provides a wide range of features that are not typically included in the initial implementation project. As your company continues to become more comfortable with the day to day use of Tour de Force CRM, our Consultants are there to help you take advantage of additional advanced features available within the application. During the process of introducing the advanced features, the Professional Services Team assists your team in properly defining the business processes and business rules to ensure the ultimate success of using the advanced features. The Professional Services Team also works with your team to properly define the training required for the introduction of the new features.
  • CRM Support
    • Our job is not finished after your implementation is complete. The continued evolution of Tour de Force CRM within your company requires that the application is stable and well utilized by the users.  We are there as your partner to provide timely responses and resolutions to your support requests. The Tour de Force CRM Support Team also works closely with your Project Team to make sure that your company is staying up to date with the latest software releases of Tour de Force CRM. The three levels of support provided by the TDF Support Team are application support, upgrade support, and environment support.
