Gold Maintenance
Gold Maintenance is the recommended maintenance plan for all Tour de Force CRM clients in order to assure that their investment in the Tour de Force CRM application is protected and that they make the most of that investment. The Gold Maintenance Plan is required during the client’s first year of operation with Tour de Force CRM.
Included in the Gold Maintenance Plan is an Annual System Review, pre-purchased support credits1 at every renewal, access to all Tour de Force CRM software upgrades, unlimited access to the web support knowledge base and technical bulletins, and no surcharge for Call In Support. High priority Call In Support requests will not be charged a high priority premium for users who are on the Gold Maintenance plan. Clients who maintain the Gold Maintenance plan will also receive a 10% discount on all add-on software licenses and new modules purchased during the plan year.
Gold Maintenance Enterprise
Gold Maintenance Enterprise includes all of the benefits of the Gold Maintenance plan but is available only for clients who have over 250 users. With the Gold Maintenance Enterprise Plan, the client has the flexibility to specify how many support credits they would like to pre-purchase2 as part of their annual maintenance fee.
Silver Maintenance
Silver Maintenance is available for clients who have been operating on the Tour de Force CRM platform for a minimum of one year.
Included in the Silver Maintenance Plan is access to all Tour de Force CRM software upgrades, and unlimited access to the web support knowledge base and technical bulletins.
Clients who select the Silver Maintenance support plan should have adequate staff to internally support the day to day operation of the Tour de Force CRM application with the assistance of the web support knowledge base. The ability to log support incidents and request consulting services from the Tour de Force CRM Professional Services Team is available for those clients who chose the Silver Maintenance plan, but only with pre-purchased support credits.
Bronze Maintenance
Bronze Maintenance is available for clients who have been operating on the Tour de Force CRM platform for a minimum of one year.
Included in the Bronze Maintenance Plan is access to all Tour de Force CRM software upgrades.
Clients who choose the Bronze Maintenance plan should have the adequate staff to internally support the day to day operation of the Tour de Force CRM application without the need for support from the Tour de Force CRM Professional Services Team. Access to the web support knowledge base and technical bulletins are NOT available to users who chose the Bronze Maintenance plan, but can be purchased for one support credit. The ability to log support incidents on the web support system is still available, but only with pre-purchased support credits.
[1] The number of pre-purchased Support Credits with the Gold Maintenance Plans is based on the actual dollar amount of the maintenance plan fees allocated to support credits, which is 8% of the licensed software list price. That dollar amount is divided by the Gold Support Credit rate of $35.00, and rounded up to the nearest whole number. [2]Gold Maintenance Enterprise allows the client to specify how much they want to apply towards Support Credits in their maintenance fees, from 3% to 8% of the licensed software list price.
