Software Upgrades

All clients who maintain an active maintenance plan are provided the benefit of receiving software upgrades at no charge, including all major upgrades. Although the software portion of upgrades is included in all maintenance plans, consulting and training associated with each upgrade will be charged through the use of support credits invoiced to the client.

Whenever new upgrades are made available, the client will be notified of the steps required to perform the upgrade, and the client will have the option of performing the upgrade themselves or having Tour de Force CRM perform the upgrade.
