During an Annual System Review (ASR) a Tour de Force CRM Business Consultant will meet with the sales management and IT leaders at the client who are responsible for the application and use of Tour de Force CRM within the company.
During the Annual System Review, the Tour de Force CRM Business Consultant can provide the following services:
- Reviewing how your company is using Tour de Force CRM, sharing ideas on how to improve the utilization of the Tour de Force CRM application, and helping define the requirements for the additional ideas.
- Providing “What’s New Training” to users, and reviewing of the basic concepts associated with Tour de Force CRM.
- Working with the client Tour de Force CRM Administrator to help address open issues that may exist on the system, as well providing additional training on the tools and utilities associated with the Administration Console of Tour de Force CRM.
- Providing demonstrations of new features that have been added to the Tour de Force CRM application, as well as providing insight to your company on how the new features can be applied to gain additional efficiencies in managing certain business processes.
Upon completion of the annual system review, the Business Consultant will provide an ASR Summary to the client which will contain the following:
- Topics covered during the ASR
- Areas of Tour de Force CRM that were in use at time of the ASR
- Areas the client is struggling with at time of the ASR
- Action items after the ASR for the Business Consultant
- Action items after the ASR for the client
The amount of time the Business Consultant will spend with the client for the ASR is dependent on the number of users.
- <10 users = ½ day ASR performed on-site or remote
- 11-19 users = ¾ day ASR performed on-site or remote
- 20-100 users = 1 day ASR performed on-site or remote
- > 100 users = 2 day ASR performed on-site
- *Extra days can be added to any ASR at a rate of 40 support credits per day.
All ASRs must be scheduled no more than 60 days after the annual renewal date and must be completed before the next annual renewal date. Although there is no charge for an ASR with the Gold Maintenance Plan, travel time and expenses will be charged for all on-site ASRs.
