Rapid Implementation

Tour de Force CRM offers two implementation options, the Roadmap to Success Implementation and the Rapid Implementation.  The Rapid Implementation is a more limited implementation than the Roadmap to Success, and involves less consulting, training, and documentation.

The Rapid Implementation provides some, but not all, aspects of the traditional Roadmap to Success Implementation process. It was designed for companies that want to focus solely on the basic setup and configuration of Tour de Force CRM in order to help address basic customer relationship management and sales force automation needs.

The Rapid Implementation of Tour de Force CRM is intended for companies that want to start with the core functionality of Tour de Force CRM and gradually grow into the advanced features over time based on their needs and priorities.

The Rapid Implementation involves six major phases, each consisting of several key milestones and tasks.
