The Tour de Force CRM application combines the many benefits of an on premise solution with the flexibility and accessibility of a hosted solution. The core application is a Client Server based application that is developed using the Microsoft .Net framework and is built on the power of the Microsoft SQL Server database architecture. Tour de Force CRM Mobile is a web based interface to the application that is also developed in the Microsoft .Net framework but is delivered through the flexibility of the any virtually any modern browser through a desktop, laptop, smartphone or tablet. The core Tour de Force CRM application can also be deployed through various thin client environments such as Citrix and Microsoft Remote Desktop.
Although a Microsoft Exchange Server is not a requirement, Tour de Force CRM offers some very powerful features, outside of the core application, that are only available to those who are managing their email through an Exchange Server environment. Some features, such as the automated email logging are supported on a variety of other mail servers.
