How Tour de Force CRM Works

The Tour de Force CRM application combines the many benefits of an on premise solution with the flexibility and accessibility of a hosted solution. The core application is a Client Server based application that is developed using the Microsoft .Net framework and is built on the power of the Microsoft SQL Server database architecture. Tour de Force CRM Mobile is a web based interface to the application that is also developed in the Microsoft .Net framework but is delivered through the flexibility of the any virtually any modern browser through a desktop, laptop, smartphone or tablet. The core Tour de Force CRM application can also be deployed through various thin client environments such as Citrix and Microsoft Remote Desktop.

Although a Microsoft Exchange Server is not a requirement, Tour de Force CRM offers some very powerful features, outside of the core application, that are only available to those who are managing their email through an Exchange Server environment. Some features, such as the automated email logging are supported on a variety of other mail servers.

  • Email functionality runs through Microsoft Outlook and users don’t have to change a thing to get the power of the Email Logging.
  • Data stored within the Microsoft SQL Server provides easy access for most industry standard reporting applications.
  • IIS 7.0 or higher is used for Tour de Force Mobile CRM to allow users access through mobile devices such as tablets, smart phones, and laptops.

Enterprise Control, Security, & Back-Up

  •  Tour de Force CRM stores data within Microsoft SQL and a file server for shared attachments. Microsoft SQL Server provides enterprise control, security, flexibility, and back-up.

Cost Effective Configurations

  • The user interface of Tour de Force CRM is the familiar Microsoft Outlook industry standard development environment that allows for extensive and cost effective configurations and integration to third party applications and data sources.
