The Alerts & Notifications module in Tour de Force CRM is used to create automated e-mail reports that are sent to Tour de Force CRM users to let them know about events that have taken place in the system.
The usage of the Alerts & Notifications module is extremely flexible, and will vary greatly from company to company depending on their individual needs. Alerts & Notifications can be scheduled, for example, an Alert can be sent out to a sales person every morning at 7 a.m. containing the details of what has occurred in their territory the previous day. Alerts & Notifications can also be set to automatically generate when a given event takes place, for example, an Alert can be sent out to a Sales Manager anytime a new Opportunity is created at their branch.
