The Incentives Tracking Module in Tour de Force CRM is used to create and track Incentive and Loyalty/Rewards programs. Incentives are most commonly used by Distributors that sell to Professional Contractors to incentivize those customers to buy certain products or product lines by rewarding them for those purchases.
Tour de Force CRM integrates to an organization’s ERP system, automatically bringing over the sales data that is used to calculate the accumulation of “points” or “rewards” used in an incentive program. The Incentives Tracking module allows you to build a set of rules and then track the accumulation of those points or rewards according to the tenets of your specific program.
