An Appointment can be used to schedule an appointment, meeting, or event. In Tour de Force CRM, an Appointment is created using the Outlook Appointment form, and the Appointment is reflected on the Outlook Calendar of the owner and any invitees.
Appointments can be created and maintained in multiple Calendars, as well as tracked for all time related activities associated with prospects, customers, and other business relationships that need to be maintained.
All Appointments are logged to the Account and/or Contact for which they were created.

Be Efficient
- Create new Appointments or review existing Appointments directly from Microsoft Outlook, using the same Appointment form in Outlook that you are accustomed to using.
Be Effective
- Link an Appointment to an Account, Contact, or Opportunity, allowing any other user across the organization to view the information in Tour de Force.
- Create custom Appointment lists and reports with the use of extensive filtering capabilities which allow you to filter on any field found in an Appointment.
