Tour de Force CRM Global Search
The Global Search utility is a powerful search engine designed to provide users access to their CRM data quickly and efficiently. The Global Search is conveniently located directly on the Microsoft Outlook toolbar for quick access.
The Global Search provides one central window where searches can be made for virtually any records or items entered in the Tour de Force CRM database. It allows a user to perform general or specific searches with the ability to search all user-defined fields found on a particular record.
The Global Search utility also provides convenient access to a user’s recently accessed items (Recent Items) and their frequently accessed items (Favorites).
Be Efficient
- Quickly and easily access the data you need. Use the Global Search to find a specific contact by their name, a group of Accounts in the same zip code, a list of Opportunities that are assigned to you, etc.
- Perform common actions directly from the Global Search results.
