Task Management

In Tour de Force CRM, a Task is a job, responsibility, action item, or deliverable that needs to be tracked and managed to completion. Tour de Force CRM is able to use the Microsoft Outlook Task form which will allow all Tour de Force CRM Tasks to show up in the Outlook Task list.

Tour de Force CRM offers tools to help users manage Tasks more efficiently, while ensuring that Tasks are completed according to schedule. When a Task is created in Tour de Force CRM, it is automatically linked to the corresponding Account, Contact, or Opportunity, giving other Tour de Force CRM users the ability to view status of the Task.

When a Task is completed, Tour de Force CRM allows the Task to be converted to an Activity so that the results of the Task and the time spent completing the Task can be logged to the history of the Account, Contact, or Opportunity.

Be Efficient

  • Create new Tasks directly from Microsoft Outlook. Tasks automatically show up in the Outlook Task List regardless of where they are created.
  • Easily reassign tasks to other users as individual’s responsibilities change throughout the course of a Sale, Project, or Opportunity.

Be Effective

  • Create custom Task reports with the use of extensive filtering capabilities which allow you to filter on any field found in a Task. Easily create reports to show Tasks that are approaching or past their due date.
  • The status and progress of Tasks can be reviewed by other users, driving collaboration and communication within your organization, allowing you to close deals more quickly and deliver the highest levels of customer service.
