Phone System Integration

Tour de Force CRM can integrate to your phone system and log calls with the Phone Logging module. In order to utilize the Phone Logging module, an organization needs a phone system that captures phone logging data and stores that data in an accessible database.  The module will recognize the caller ID made on inbound and outbound calls, and log those calls to the appropriate Account based upon the phone number listed on that Account.

  • Quickly and easily review the calls that have taken place with an Account.

  • Analyze call activity for regions, branches, sales teams, outbound call centers, or individual users to review their call frequency and duration, and coach those teams accordingly.
